      In nowadays, the human rights and universal values are almost synonymous. 

      Universal value should be a great sign of the progress of human civilization, however, due to it is to be misinterpreted and misused by those ignorant people, it has been playing a role of encouraging the offenders to boldly crime to harm the normal life of law-abiding people. 

      Human rights has been misplayed as a tool in degenerate human civilization .

      There is a report Caught trying to rape eight-year-old girl that happened in Argentina. A man who was allegedly caught in the act of trying to rape an eight-year-old girl was stripped naked and then being pulled by a rope to walk around the community for eight blocks to publicly shame him before his captors hand him over to the police.  

      Followed the report, many British people made comments, some of them tell us that how human rights would be misused to protect criminals while ignoring the victims in Great Britain.

       The facts are clear that those who advocate human rights are the lack of rational as a normal human, they are in harm to society and the majority of law-abiding people.

A man who was allegedly caught in the act of trying to rape an eight-year-old girl was stripped naked and then forced to walk around the community to publicly shame him.

The incident happened in the neighbourhood of Santa Brigida in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Images of his walk of shame show the naked young man, who is yet to be identified, being pulled by a rope for eight blocks before his captors hand him over to the police.

Once at the police car, a policewoman takes the rope off, handcuffs him and bundles him still naked into the police car, whilst people gather round and shout insults at him.

'Next time we will kill you', one man can be heard shouting, whilst a woman says: 'Degenerate! Tie him to the back of the car.'

The images were uploaded by some of the locals on social media with the caption: 'The neighbours of the community have done justice when we apprehended a criminal who was about to rape a little girls of just 8 years, and we handed him over to police who we hope will get justice for the innocent girl.'

There is no news yet as to what action the authorities will take against the man or what evidence locals had to humiliate him as they did.

If this was in Britain he would most likely get a suspended sentence plus compensation, and that's only if he got a tough judge. come to think of it have we got one?.

The Czech Republic has allowed at least 94 prisoners over the past decade to be surgically castrated. Denmark uses chemical castration. In Brazil any pedophile will not survive jail as policemen look the other way. For repeated pedophiles and rapists this should be there sentence.

Wow. Hats off to that community. Had she been a little 8 year old being raped in India the crime would have been ignored. We have some idiots here saying innocent until proven guilty. The monster was caught in the act.

This should be done here in the states. Same with these teachers getting involved with their students. Walk them around town naked. Maybe that will slow down the incidence of vile behavior we're seeing now.

Police in many countries is often not able to protect their citizens and no surprise, ordinary people help themselves in case they catch a criminal in the act. I cannot blame them for that.

We could never do this in our country could we. .......it would abuse his human rights. I know that in a lot of things we are more advanced than countries like Argentina but in certain laws and way of life, I prefer theirs,
