Michael Ryan博士作为世卫组织突发卫生事件规划执行主任，Mike Ryan博士领导世卫组织应对疾病暴发、人道主义危机和其他突发公共卫生事件。

Yukiko Nakatani博士作为获取药品和卫生产品事务的助理总干事，Nakatani博士负责世卫组织规范和政策的制定和实施，以确保世界各地所有人口公平获得用于预防和应对流行病等疾病的优质药物、疫苗和诊断工具。

世卫组织非洲区域主任Matshidiso Rebecca Moeti博士

世卫组织美洲区域主任Jarbas Barbosa博士
