Hi All,

I need a room with simple furniture as of Sep. for 4-night sleep from Monday till Thursday, nearby downtown Kitchener is preferred or surrounding area, for long term. I am male, quiet, professional, work full time in daytime. I don’t need washing machine, seldom cooking, no smoking, no pets, while Internet and parking space is a must. My current rent for a beautiful second floor bedroom in a townhouse is $260/month, I have to move out at the end of Aug. as it is a sublet.

Your room might be small, it works for me though as long as it is clean, neat and quiet, also the price falls in your range. Please kindly reply email with your phone number and location if you are O.K. with what I have described here.
