为什么会这样。因为美国ai无法落地。只能几个搞软件的互相投资。他倒是想投资应用和硬件。他有么？没有制造业。一切只能停留在纸上谈兵。

而且美国AI的上限也很明显。就是它的电力瓶颈。一块高算力芯片就是1000瓦。美国根本无法承受大的算力工厂。而中国电力应有尽有。胜负已分。
