If you don't have money issue. stay in London;
If you need a better health care, stay in London;
If you want a better education for your kids, stay in London;
If you already have a job in London, stay in London;
If you don't care ugly streets, you may move to KW area;

The only reason for you to move to KW is: you ned a job, and you find your expected job only in this area;

Otherwise, you can move to Toronto to enjoy Chinese foods;
or
stay in London enjoy your life with your family.
