An ideal MS candidate prospect might include:

• Professionals you interact with who are currently in roles that require referral sources and a pipeline of clients.  These ideal MS candidate prospects could be former colleagues, people you have met through community involvement, individuals with financing or insurance backgrounds (we have a large local pool of insurance sales representatives), Financial Services Managers at other Financial Institutions, friends and acquaintances, etc.
• Individuals with strong sales acumen currently working in the Financial Services Industry who are interested in the Mortgage Specialist role as a profession
• Professionals at other financial institutions, or in the broker services industry, who embody our brand values and are open to joining a collaborative MS team.
