Key Responsibilities

·        Developing, servicing and maintaining all aspects of new commercial lines accounts

·        Delivering professional and expert knowledge and advice tailored to our client’s commercial insurance needs

·        Responding to client inquiries, gathering underwriting information and conducting appropriate research

·        Creating submissions/proposals through various applications, and submitting to Carriersfor quotation

·        Creating and issuing binders, certificates, policies, action endorsements and other items related to commercial policies

·        Delivering excellent service by responding to all client inquiries accurately and efficiently

·        Creating a positive client experience by understanding and meeting the customers’ needs

·        Contributing to team success by consistently leveraging knowledge and sharing best practices

Requirements

·        2-3 years minimum of commercial lines property, casualty fleet insurance experience including butnot limited to rating, preparation of applications and endorsements as required

·        RIBO licensed and oneof the following designations C.A.I.B, C.I.P, F.C.I.P, C.R.M, with excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and sound knowledge ofPower Broker

·        Excellent verbal and written communication in providing world class customer service

·        Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and grasp new concepts
