• ·         Providing technical support by responding to case by case technical service issues for our customer based SolidWorks users
• ·         Effectively troubleshooting software issues and providing issue resolution
• ·         Ability to recreate customer issues & escalate to appropriate level.
• ·         Continually striving to expand comprehension of troubleshooting methodologies and application functionality
• ·         Working in a team environment, to deliver highest quality of satisfaction and resolutions to the customers
• ·         Meeting established service delivery guidelines and key performance indicators that are measured through customer care satisfaction surveys
• ·         Customer follow up and incident management, while maintaining ticketing system with updates and resolution.
• ·         Collaborating on cross-team and cross-product technical issues
• ·         Working under general guidance with results reviewed periodically
• ·         Actively participate in self-improvement, process, and technology training programs
