Household Hazardous Waste Drop Off on Saturday November 3rd 8am – 3pm Kitchener Auditorium

If you are interested in taking your own waste to this drop off day, here is the list of what you can dispose of:

· Paints and solvents

· Lawn and garden chemicals

· Household chemicals (cleaners)

· Car anti-freeze / motor oil / batteries

· Medicines

· Waxes and polishes

· Propane tanks (bbq size or smaller)

· Acids and alkaline

· All household batteries

· Syringes (sealed in puncture proof containers only)

· Fuel (non-transferable)

· Fluorescent lamps and energy efficient light bulbs (CFLs)

· Old mercury thermostats
