We are looking for a production manager/designer, in the automotive field.

This is a permanent position in the Stratford area, Process improvement and product launch.

$55-65K+

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in one of the following; Mechanical, Manufacturing, Welding or Electrical Engineering Technology with a minimum of five (5) years previous manufacturing engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Must be highly organized and available for all shifts.

· Strong English communication skills including written and verbal.

· Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

· Sound judgment in decision making and establishing priorities.

· Proactive and oriented to make improvements in systems and procedures.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

· Experience with robotic welding is desirable
