Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Main Duties:
 Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
 Design, compile, and present marketing materials through various social medias
 Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
 Provide client advisory and support related to real estate transactions
Qualifications and skill requirement:
 Confident and dynamic personality.
 Strong creative outlook.
 Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
 Attention to detail and accuracy in composing and proofing written material
 Strong customer service and communication skills.
 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
 Familiarity with various social media including: WeChat, Weibo, Facebook,
Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram.
 Working knowledge in Photoshop or other image processing software
 Major in marketing or related business programs preferred
 Fluent in English and Mandarin

Working hours: 5 to 10 hours per week.
Location: remote
Compensation: $15/hour

Title: Real Estate Research Analyst
Main Duties:
 Perform market research of the real estate industry mainly in Ontario
 Monitor and analyze specified commercial and residential real estate market
conditions using financial and economic data
 Analyze and project future economic parameters affecting the real estate industry,
including interest rates, mortgage rates, and related regulation changes
 Draft monthly analyst’s report in either Mandarin or English
Qualifications and skill requirement:
 Major in a quantitative discipline such as financial risk management, statistics,
and actuarial science
 Strong analytical and research skills
 Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
 Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
 Experience in statistical analysis software (e.g. Excel analysis tool, R, Matlab) is
highly preferred
 A basic understanding of the real estimate industry is an asset
 Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Working hours: one research report per month
Location: remote
Compensation: $100/report
