Responsibilities

Promote the development and sustainable growth of proprietary financial business in the assigned market area by:

·        Developing and implementing a structured business development strategy according to agreed-upon growth objectives

·        Developing strategic salesplans for prospects and existing clients

·        Conducting outbound communications and cold-calling to prospects to remain top-of-mind for future business opportunities

·        Providing clients with aninitial review of their existing financial plan or creating a new financial plan

·        Conducting market research to understand market trends

·        Building and maintaining amarket profile in the assigned market area

·        Identifying opportunities to deliver information sessions and financial seminars to grow prospects

·        Networking with investment industry specialists while managing a small budget for independent marketing-based activities

·        Identifying additional investment business development opportunities and facilitating the implementation of an investment solution and/or referral to the appropriate Wealth Management partners

·        Facilitating a culture ofopen and honest communication by actively participating and contributing to one-on-one touch bases and meetings with team members

Requirements

·        Remain focused and optimistic in the pursuit of a goal, despite barriers, until the objective is achieved and allocate timeand resources to effectively manage the sales portfolio.

·        Successfully build plans focused on expanding market penetration and apply an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies, focus on clients

·        Strong communication skills to influence orpersuade potential customer to adopt an effectively facilitate mutually beneficial solutions.

·        Facilitate the adoption of change and createa high-performance culture through alignment of your team’s work with organizational goals.

·        Use critical thinking to guide decisionmaking and apply a strategic mindset to adjust business plans based on shifting priorities.
