· Ensure that all documentation received is acted upon in a timely manner and where relevant, routed to the correct department for processing
· Process all transactions as per established timelines and accuracy standards
· Ensure all internal and custodian compliance procedures are adhered to
· Develop and maintain a good working relationship with custodians as well as internal departments
· Resolve inquiries from internal departments in an efficient and professional manner
· Recognize potential issues and report to management immediately for further escalation
· Assist in special projects and other Private Client desks if required.
· Must be flexible and able to work overtime during specific times of the year (i.e. RSP season, quarter end)
