Responsible for finding potential tenants for 18 James and K2 condos

• The successful candidate would be responsible for:                •        Interacting with potential tenants via phone, social media, email and in office to schedule property showings
• Conduct unit showings, lease breakdown and lease signing with prospective tenants
• Accepting rental applications for review and approval by management        Requirements/Qualifications:                •        Excellent closing skills and above average sales record
• Entrepreneurial and driven personality
• Great customer service skills both in-person and on the phone
• Highly organized and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred post-secondary education in marketing, sales or business related program
  

        •        Chinese/Mandarin communication (verbal/written) required        **Salary is commission based, and you have to be self-motivated person.It will be a great opportunity to make money and start your career!!
