Key Responsibilities - Responsiblefor rent collection, maintenance scheduling, lease management and emergencypreparedness - Deliver notices to residents - Coordinate customer move-ins/move-outsprocedures - Complete and record property inspections - Participate in emergency on-call service - Providing exceptional customer service to residentsand potential residents - Assisting with leasing suites
Work Hour - 40 hour per week - Current hours of employment are Monday toFriday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualifications - Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with anemphasis on Excel - Preferred have experience associated withadministrative or property management duties - Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritizeand juggle multiple job functions - Strong background in customer service preferred - Required language: English and Mandarin
