现在有guelph university 附近townhouse中一间房间要出租， 从2017年1月份就可以入住。以前房东自住的，现在里面另外三个是guelph的学生，三个女生。 房间是新整理过的，和一个女生share卫生间，可以提供家具。房租480，utility和另外三个同学一起share。

现单独出租这间房，希望找爱干净，生活习惯好的女生来住。离guelph大学走路20分钟，坐公车5分钟。在stoneroad mall后面，到metro和其他的附近plaza走路只需5分钟，位置很好，周围环境单纯，基本都是学生。

One of the three rooms in a townhouse unit is now ready forrental, available from Jan 1st, 2017. The house is located at 302 College Avewest, which is 5 mins bus-ride from campus, and 20 mins walk distance.  5 mins walk to metro and stoneroad mall.Really convenient location.

You need to share a 4-piece bathroom with another femaletenant.  Spacious room, and recentlyrenovated. Furnished. Rental is 480/per month, plus utility shared with 3 othertenants.
