合作能力是当今社会考核一个人能力的重要指标。一个合作能力强的人不管是在工作环境或是学校都懂的如何跟大家相处，平且懂得积极配合，达到更好的团队合作效果。积极的家教会从三个方面：有效的交流，解决问题的模式，以及家庭会议，用理论和实例来跟大家阐述如何培养，提高孩子的合作能力。
