One Room for rental closed to U of Guelph/Stone Rd Mall
One of the three rooms in a townhouse unit is now ready for rental, beginning from Nov 1st, 2014 till April 30th, 2015. 6 months, longer term available. The house is located at 302 college ave west, which is 5 mins bus-ride from campus, and 20 mins walk distance.  Also, only taking 5 mins walk to metro and the stoneroad mall. Really convenient location.
The room is equipped with 4-piece bathroom of your own (not sharing but of yourself), quite spacious, and recently renovated. Furniture provided. The rental is 400/per month, plus utility.
Looking for serious , quiet and mature female student or young professional. No pets or Party animal allowed. no no ..... sorry!!

现在有guelph university 附近townhouse中一间房间要出租， 从11月份就可以入住， 一直到明年2015年4月底，6个月的lease。新房，以前房东自住的，现在里面另外三个是guelph的学生，两个女生一个男生，都是本科生。 房间是新整理过的，有独立的卫生间，不用share，可以提供家具。以前房东自己住。房租400，utility和另外三个同学一起share。
现希望单独 出租这间房，希望找爱干净，生活习惯好的中国女生或者年轻上班族来住。离guelph大学走路20分钟，坐公车5分钟。在mall后面，到metro和其他的附近plaza只需5分钟，位置很好，周围环境单纯，基本都是学生。
