想买一间07年的房子，验房还非常必要吗？能省去吗？

      you need a house inspection anyway. There are concerns with new houses as well as old houses. There could be cracks in the basement, leaking problems in the plumbing, and problmes with the furnace.

          不要省，好的验房师会给你讲很多关于房子的知识。我的那位足给我讲了一个半小时。当然是一边给我看实物，一边说要注意什么。
