说的不是一回事,就像有人忽悠你买股票,垃圾股上涨是否要买还是要斟酌,套牢的都是跟风的,这时候还提尊重市场不?买房子更高物有所值,好房子体现价值只是时间问题,当然啊如果钱多是玩的心态另当别论。房子的价值需要坐下来认真评估,不是一句尊重市场那么简单,这就是为什么有人赚钱有人陪的倾家荡产。这个行业水很深。
