过头的练局部肌肉,有害无益。锻炼应该合理科学,不能只凭热情愿望,特别不能盲干,容易受伤。就算暂时没有受伤,其实身体内部已经因为短时间的过大压力而受损。外在的肌肉最靠不住,得不偿失,还是自然中庸为上。

中国人练肌肉的真是太少。男人30岁以后每年肌肉损失1%。中年开始力量训练是非常必要的。高老师说不要过度非常对。象有些老外那样炼成巨块是太过分。其实我们老中能练成那样几乎是不可能,除非吃药。力量训练对于保持骨骼健康,延缓衰老,维持最佳脂肪肌肉比率非常重要。但要注重方法。其实最难最难是坚持。
