Kidspark is an exciting day full of activities, entertainment, music, art, crafts and more! Join us on Sunday, August 18th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Victoria Park for a day packed of fun for the whole family.

Rogers TV Kidspark Birthday Party Zone

Kidspark is celebrating it's 25th birthday! Stop by the Rogers TV birthday party zone to create a make and take birthday party hat, decorate a cookie and have a turn at one of our carnival games. Cookies and birthday party hats available while quantities last. Happy birthday Kidspark!

Kitchener Waterloo Art Gallery with special guest The KW Symphony

Add your mark to KW|AG’s ever-growing graffiti wall! Draw, doodle, and paint using stencils and poster paint dabbers, then check back later to see how the graffiti wall has grown.

The KW Symphony will host an Exploration Zone for kids of all ages to try different musical instruments. Drop by their information table to find out about their camps and concerts they offer for each season.

Did you know that Kitchener was the first city in Ontario to receive hydro in homes? Stop by and learn more from our friends at Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro. Plus, all aboard the community train! Take a train ride around the commons.

Active Kitchener

Become a “try-athlete” for the day and learn about local sport groups in the Active Kitchener Zone. Try out a sport you’ve never played before, learn how to get involved and get information on how to sign up for one of the many minor sports groups in the area.

96.7 Chym FM, Kix FM and 570 News have partnered with Game Asylum this summer! Stop by their booth and have a try the latest video games.

The Waterloo Region Record

Look on site for the Region’s most read local paper. The Waterloo Region Record staff will be providing face painting in support of their Kids To Camp program.

BikeKitchener

Join us for a free kids bicycle training course with certified CAN-BIKE instructors! This half-hour bike safety session is for kids ages 9-13 and includes a helmet fit and check, equipment review, parking lot skills develpment including straight line riding, shoulder check and signaling. Participants need a bike in good working order, a helmet and closed toe footwear.

Ziggy's Cyclie and Sport Ltd. will be on site offering bicycle safety check-overs, helmet safety and adjustments!

Stop by the BikeKitchener booth for your chance to win a $750 bicycle!

Giant sport themed inflatables.
Tasty treats sold on site or bring a picnic lunch.
Bring your re-usable water bottle - the Region of Waterloo will be on site with their water wagon.
