1.帐户里面放入$5000或以上的金额 (Select Service Account or Infinity Account)

2. 以下3项满足任何2项：
a) A pre-authorized debit (可以用来付水电费帐单，或者信用卡帐单）
b) An online bill payment through EasyWeb (在网上付一次帐）
c) A direct deposit (比如工资的工资直接打到TD帐户）

同时有3种rewards信用卡也满足了免月费的条件，其中一种有3%的回报率（但是需要有一定收入才能申请到）。

Odds are it is the GT-P3113 unless a newer one comes out before July 2013.

PRIZES: PRIZES:There are one thousand one hundred and seventy (1,170) Samsung Galaxy Tablets (“Prizes”) available to be won (latest model at the time of Prize award), each with an approximate retail value of Two Hundred Canadian dollars (CAD$200.00), at a rate of one (1) per each Region Pool (as set out above). Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of Prizes will be allowed, unless at the discretion of TD who may substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value.

DRAW DATE: One thousand one hundred and seventy (1,170) random draws (“Draws”) will be held in Toronto, Ontario, commencing at 9:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 (the “Draw Date”) for the Prizes. One potential winner will be drawn from each of the 1,170 Region Pools. The odds of winning any Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received in the relevant Region Pool.
