<title>多市二手房平均价格下跌15%</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>Posting by beebo, Tuesday, October 28, 2008, 12:04:</em></p><p><p>《明报》消息，据多伦多地产商会公布的数据，多市重售房10月上半月平均价格为375,804元，而去年同期为441,878元，至少下跌了15%，销售量则下跌21%；相比而言，905地区的跌幅较少，但也达到8%，平均价格降至337,671元，销售量也减少16%。</p>
<p>地产商会主席奥尼尔(Maureen O'Neil)昨天在年度会员大会上表示，本地市场确实没有1年前强劲，也许正处于放缓阶段，但她强调房地产属长线投资，加拿大仍有许多正面因素来支撑房市，比如低利率、低通胀等。但道明银行经济研究部的分析员认为，这个跌幅很大，虽然大家都预期市道会缓和，但双位数的跌幅说明市场往下的走势比预期要快。</p>
