<title>锁定５年，要罚款的。和我当年很像，向RBC贷款，所５年，利率４.38%，３年后卖掉，给罚了相当于２个月利息的罚款。罚款和你锁定几年有关，通常一年是罚一个月利息这样比例的。</title>
