From there you can go to Job Listings -> Research & Development and look for positions with location as Waterloo. Some of the positions are:

Jr/Intermediate Embedded Software Engineer

The hiring manager told Shawn that he needed to build a team of 6-7 of developers ranging from senior to junior. For junior he is not expecting any leadership skills of course.
