<title>过汗过劳则伤阳甚重，比起身体因为运动升腾的那点阳气多得多。所以把体液都蒸干了。一旦停止运动，周身肌肉酸痛，关节液分泌不足可以让关节功能受限. 所以适度运动才是保持生理机能的不二法门，过度运动不可取</title>
