理论上是可以的。如果新开帐户90天内注销，会有一个$15的费用，tab不会收回。90天之后注销帐户是没有费用的。

确实BMO的优惠还要开一个saving account 才能拿200，否则是100。

TD 也是就一个月费，开户的时候会明确说明的。TD现在出的这个促销挺好的，这个星期很多人专门跑来银行问，所以我就在这里解释一下。

我只不过以事论事，同样开帐户，拿了２００刀现金好过拿个号称２００元价值的东西。 TD 每个帐户都分别收费，BMO就收一个费用。相比之下，难道不是现金好点？？

BMO 的现在已经不offer了，之前有一个是saving account,要一直存9个月，$5000 存9个月给$100；$7000存9个月给$250。相比TD是cheqing account, 只要开户就有。如果不满$3500会有每个月$15的monthly charge,满$3500就是免费的。要灵活很多。
