加拿大卖股票到底要交多少税？公司的股票发放，比如总共1000股，结果账单上 cover canada tax 就用掉了470股左右，自己拿到手只有530股左右，这个比例也太大了吧，不让人挣钱了？

如果是公司赠送股票Stock Grant，规定期限过了才能买卖，股票卖价100%按照收入income交税，所以公司预扣了将近50%的股票卖价，年底报税的时候T4上面都会显示出来，按照T4报就行了。如果是stock option也就是以优惠价购买的股票，是按照capital gain来报税，卖价的一半交税，T4也会反映的，去年也是同样情况，报税的时候花了好久才搞清楚

是前者。不管报不报税，首先这个全部按照收入交税，而且接近50%的还是相当多的，报税时可能会返回给你几千刀，但这个税的比例还是相当高的了，疑惑在这个比例的官方数字到底是按多少比例扣的呢？

50%是预扣的，都是按这个比例预扣，然后报税的时候就是多退少补按实际的年收入上税，和从rrsp里面提款一个道理，银行不管你收入多少都是现扣下30%
