I bought a Roomba 400 series $80 in 2010, and it was a lifesaver for my wife on carpet, especially with a baby crawling around. I highly recommend one (but < $100-$200 if possible) (水城百事)

Those are just selling tricks. You can buy a very good vacumn for only $200.
