需要糖尿病患者参与研究生课题

            贵湖大学(University of Guelph)应用营养系的的研究生人员目前正在研究生中国大陆移民患有二类糖尿病的自我管理，例如药物治疗，饮食，运动和血糖的监测。这个学术研究需要20位的参与者。参与者需符合以下条件：

1.             来至中国大陆的移民或者公民2.             年龄在 35-65之间 3.             已在加拿大居住至少1年时间 4.             已患有二类糖尿病至少1年时间，并没有其他严重的病发症，例如：视网膜病变，肾衰竭，截肢，心脏疾病。

Dear all

            Researchers from University ofGuelph are studying how Mainland Chinese immigrants with type 2 diabetes engagein the self-management aspects, such as medication taking, nutrition/diet, exercise,and blood glucose monitoring. The study needs 20 participants who meet thefollowing requirements:

1.             Are immigrants or citizens of Canada from MainlandChina 2.             Aged between 35-65 years3.             Have lived in Canada for a minimum of one year 4.             Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for aminimum of one year and without major complications (such as: eye disease,stroke, heart attack, kidney disease, amputations)

It is a one-on-oneinterview that takes about 1.5 hours of your time.
