名扬职介为小零件工厂招办公室采购男助理。主要负责公司订单的输入，核对以及记录跟进。熟练使用会计办公电脑软件。必须有驾照会开车，工作期间外出需要，工厂提供车辆。

工作时间：周一到周五 通常8:30 am~5:30pm
工作地点：滑铁卢
工资待遇：$14.5/h起薪

We are recruiting a Purchase Assistant/Administrator for Ironware Company. Bilingual English and Mandarin are required for this position.

Requirement:

– Prefer education background in Trading/ Purchasing/Logistics

– Prefer one years of experience in office administration and Purchasing Assistant experiences.

– Open minded and comfortable corporate with multicultural working team.

– Must be able to understand, read, speak and write in English and Chinese fluently.

-Professional business manner. Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

-A high level of motivation with a desire to be successful, positive work attitude.


Working Duty:

– Responsible for inbound and outbound calls and e-mails

– Responsible for assisting in processing purchase orders by reviewing the quantity, units, and prices of goods

– Order entry and review orders for accuracy and completeness while maintaining order flow and properly filing paperwork

– Preparing and arranging the weekly shipping schedule and shipping documents for the shipping department

– Maintaining customer files

Working hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Location: Waterloo

Salary： Start from $14.5/hr
