1.       Marketing coordinator internship / Social media marketing coordinator
Responsibilities:
·         Assisting the marketing team with marketing events.
·         Assisting the design of marketing posters.
·         Posting articles and promotional material on various social media sites.
·         Maintaining the marketing department’s databases and documentation.
·         Discovering commercial opportunities through the collaboration with other departments.

Requirement:
·         Minimum College education in marketing or business related program.
·         Able to edit marketing videos and make presentation.
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
·         Deep understanding of marketing principles.
·         Able to work as a team and share ideas.
·         Fluent in English and Chinese

2.    Sales assistant / Client advisor / Administration
We are looking for a competitive Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. Sales assistant duties include consulting, selling and doing after service. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Key Responsibilities
·         Welcome and greet customers  in professional manner
·         Pick up income phone call and provide consulting to customers
·         Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
·         Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
·         To determine specific scheduling requirements.
·         Build up and retain long relationship with relationship with client
·         Processing the paper work for opening and closing account in CRM system

Requirement
·         Proven working experience in financial industry
·         People-oriented and results-driven
·         Solid communication and interpersonal skills
·         Basic administration skills
·         Able to develop and expand relevant network

·         Successfully build plans focused on expanding market penetration and apply an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies, focus on clients
