We are looking for a competitive Client Advisor to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. Client Advisor duties include consulting, selling and doing after service. The goalis to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth andrevenue through sales maximization.

Key Responsibilities

·        Welcomeand greet customers  in professionalmanner

·        Pickup income phone call and provide consulting to customers

·        Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction through excellent customer service

·        Accuratelydescribe financial product features and benefits

·        To determinespecific scheduling requirements.

·        Buildup and retain long relationship with relationship with client

·        Processing the paper work for opening andclosing account in CRM system

Requirement

·        Proven working experience infinancial industry

·        People-oriented andresults-driven

·        Solid communication andinterpersonal skills

·        Basic administration skills

·        Able to develop and expand relevantnetwork
